Getting Back In The Game
Well getting back is hard. Full Body Routine three times a week. Overhead Press 3x5 Squats 3x5 Deadlift 3x5 Alternating Arms/Shoulders/Back/Abs whatever your favourite exercies are. Good Luck. Don't hurt yourself.
